As long as the transaction is not confirmed, all owners' items are displayed on the Weido map with a 200-meter margin of error. However, your item's exact address or the renter's meeting location is only made public once the owner approves the reservation request. When a reservation is confirmed, both parties can see the item's location or delivery address, phone number, first and last name, business registration number, and company code (if provided to the Platform administrator through a personal account). This information is disclosed to the transaction parties to finalize the rental agreement, which you confirm by signing electronically, and to determine the item's transfer location, thereby ensuring transaction transparency and security. The information collected during the transaction is stored under a legitimate interest to properly fulfill our contractual obligations to Weido platform users—ensuring their safety and providing necessary assistance in resolving disputes between transaction parties. None of the platform users (Owner and Renter) can contact, collect, record, store, provide access to, or otherwise use personal data disclosed on the Weido platform during the transaction process except for the purpose of fulfilling the transaction. Violating these terms may result in the termination of cooperation and a demand for compensation for damages. Exceptions apply when contacting law enforcement authorities or the aggrieved party of the transaction to approach such authorities regarding moral, physical, or property damage incurred during the transaction due to improper item condition, improper use of the item, theft, and other similar reasons. Upon the user's request and having legal grounds, Weido may disclose sensitive user data such as personal identification number, profile address(es), first and last name to the transaction party.
Until the transaction is confirmed, all owners' items are displayed on the Weido map with a 200 m. error, but your item's exact address or the Tenant's meeting location is disclosed only when the item reservation request is confirmed by the Lessor. When the Reservation is confirmed, both parties can see the item location or item delivery address, phone number, name and surname, activity registration number, company code (if such were provided to the Platform Controller through a personal account). These data are disclosed to the transaction parties for the rental agreement, which you confirm by signing electronically, and to determine the item transfer location, thus ensuring transparency and security of transactions. The information collected during the transaction process is stored having a legitimate interest in properly implementing our contractual obligations to Weido platform users – ensuring their safety and providing necessary assistance in resolving disputes between transaction parties. Neither of the platform users (Owner and Tenant) can contact, collect, record, store, grant access or otherwise use personal data disclosed on the Weido platform during the transaction process, except for Transaction fulfillment purposes. Violating these conditions, we may terminate the cooperation and demand compensation for damages.

We may ask you to verify payments made with a credit card to ensure transaction security and smoothness. If you act as an owner on the platform, we will need your bank account to transfer the amount for accumulated transactions once a month. We reserve the right to prohibit transactions and payments if your activity raises suspicions or if your credit card's validity expires during a future transaction or before it. Weido uses payment operators' services to freeze payments and deposits on your bank card. When making a transaction request, in some cases, the rental amount along with the deposit may be transferred to the Weido bank account.
